Put your guests—and your brand—inside the picture. Our Custom Branded AI Photo Booth transforms guest photos into unique scenes designed around your company, campaign, or event theme.

Your logo becomes part of the scene: on a character’s clothing, on something a guest is holding, or even on a banner being pulled through the sky by an airplane. From polished corporate settings to imaginative worlds, we create custom AI photo concepts that bring your brand’s personality to life.

Built for corporate events, product launches, conferences, and brand activations, this experience includes a collaborative design process to align the visuals with your brand before event day.

What’s Included

• A planning Zoom call of up to 30 minutes to discuss your brand, event goals, audience, and creative direction.
• Up to 10 custom AI photo prompts—the creative instructions that shape each photo experience—designed around your company’s logo, colors, and theme.
• Two rounds of revisions to refine the proposed designs.
• A MVP Look Book (pdf) for your approval featuring sample images for every prompt, so you can preview the creative direction before your event.

Every concept is built around your brand, with thoughtful details and a creative direction you approve. 

Individual AI-generated photos will vary from the Look Book samples.

Printed Photos & Digital Galleries

Guests receive both printed and digital copies of their photos, giving them a keepsake to take home and an image to share.

As the event progresses, you’ll have access to a growing gallery of social media-ready images. After the event, we’ll send you a link to a permanent, password-protected gallery, along with a digital download link. Your collection includes both the AI-transformed images and the high-resolution original photos.

Backdrop Options

A solid-color backdrop is included and recommended for this experience.

For an additional $300, you can upgrade to a custom-printed step-and-repeat backdrop featuring your company’s logo. We print the fabric to fit our existing frame, keeping the upgrade more affordable.

If you’d like to keep the backdrop with a frame and stand of your own, those can be provided for an additional charge beyond the backdrop upgrade.
